I’m so happy Disney has brought out a new Winnie the Pooh film. I love that they have kept everyone’s voices the same and used the old style of animation, although it does look like they’ve nicely mixed in some more three dimensional style animation too… I can’t wait to go see it, I got washed away by nostalgia just from watching the trailer.

So, my parents came in town for the Fourth of July and we had a ball. They are just the cutest, most fun parents ever and they wear me out! We saw Anything Goes (which was fabulous), dined on the deck, ooohed and aaaahed at fireworks, cruised down the Hudson, took a walking tour… I’m exhausted just talking about it! It just so happens that today is my dad’s birthday so I just want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO WORLD’S GREATEST DAD!

I had so much fun in Paris riding around the city via Velib, that I’m thinking about getting one here in NYC. I’m a little scared to ride to work next to the crazy NYC taxi drivers, but I think I’m going to give it a shot. I have a crush on the beautiful Dutchi by Linus.
