Siete Grain-Free Tortillas
A lot of gluten-free items taste like mediocre substitutes, but that's not the case here. Even if I could eat flour tortillas, I'd still choose Siete's grain and gluten-free tortillas. I also love their Sea Salt Tortilla Chips—light, crispy, and salty.
Simple mills crackers
Hands down my favorite crackers. Made from almond flour, sunflower seeds and flax seeds and free of grains, corn, dairy, gums, and emulsifiers. Non-GMO too. They sell boxed crackers, bars, cookies and icing as well as mixes for breads, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, pizza crust, pancakes and brownies. So many great products to choose from.
Lesser Evil Popcorn
One of the most unhealthy things about processed food is the oil (canola, soybean, vegetable) it's cooked in. That's why I love Lesser Evil Popcorn - non-GMO popcorn made with coconut oil or avocado oil or ghee, and himalayan salt. It's packaged in biodegradable plastic too. I buy the Himalayan Pink Salt flavor and top it with melted grass-fed butter + nutritional yeast for a decedent cheesy treat. Or you could also try their "No-Cheese" Cheesiness option for the same flavor.
Cauliflower sandwich Thins
Gluten and grain-free, these Cauliflower Sandwich Thins list cauliflower as the first ingredient, unlike some other cauliflower products that use the word “cauliflower” as marketing hype, yet have next to none in the product. These Sandwich Thins are thicker than a tortilla, but still thin enough to fold in half like a taco. They also come in a larger Pizza Crust size.
Capello’s Gluten-Free Pasta
This almond flour pasta rivals the real deal. It’s 100% grain and gluten-free and absolutely delicious. Just drop the pasta in boiling water for 60–90 seconds and you’re done. The Fettuccini is my favorite. I also like their Italian Sausage with Red Peppers Pizza on nights when I don’t want to cook. I have yet to try their Cookie Dough, as I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to control myself!
Healing Home Raw Crackers
In a search to help her autistic son, Shelley Schulz removed all dairy, gluten, grains, sugar, starches and preservatives from his diet and saw astounding results. This was the beginning of Healing Home Foods. My favorite is their light and flaky Herb Cracker made from almond and oat flours, flaxseeds, EVOO, nutritional yeast, thyme, and rosemary. I also like their Baked Lemon Chia Graham Crackers.
Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 BAKING Flour
For baked goods, I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour. Unlike some of the other gluten-free flours, this one makes light, fluffy, and moist treats. I'm also keen on Thomas Keller's Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour.
